Job Title: Small Engine Mechanic & Operations Support

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team in a multifaceted role that combines mechanical expertise, operational support, and organizational duties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in small engine repair, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Small Engine Repair and Maintenance: Service and maintain small engines, with a focus on the Honda GX series. Troubleshoot and repair engines, ensuring optimal performance for all equipment used on-site.

• Inventory Management: Oversee and manage inventory levels for essential supplies, including paint, hardware, tools, and equipment. Track stock levels, reorder supplies as necessary, and ensure that the team has the materials needed to complete projects efficiently.

• Crew Support: Prepare and organize supplies and tools for the crews, ensuring they have everything they need for daily operations. Monitor inventory to avoid shortages and ensure equipment is well-maintained and ready for use.

• Delivery Coordination: Make weekly deliveries to out-of-state locations, ensuring safe and timely transportation of materials and equipment. Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules and routes.

• Shop and Site Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on shop equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and troubleshooting. Ensure the shop environment remains organized and safe. Support general site upkeep to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with small engine repair and maintenance, particularly with Honda GX series engines. Experience with other small engine brands is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage inventory, track supplies, and keep records in an orderly manner.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with team members.

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a willingness to travel out of state for weekly deliveries.

• Comfort working in a physical, hands-on environment. Must be able to lift heavy objects, perform manual tasks, and work in various weather conditions.

• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform timely repairs.

• A strong commitment to safety, following company protocols, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
